    I am on day 6 and already had a free meal on day 4 but no 5-hr refeed yet. Is it okay for me to do a 5 hour refeed tomorrow (THURSDAY- day 7 ) and then have a free meal on saturday (as I am going out with DH) or should I just wait for the refeed on saturday (which will be day 9) ?

    I don't know what the fuck my issue is with can openers but they always seem to strip on me :grrr::tantrum: I do not get cheap ones either.     I have done a search and can't find the answer to my question. So basing protein intake as 1g of Protein per 1 kg of body weight as it is grams to kilograms. That works if I'm not working out, but what if I'm lifting quite heavy and doing a lot of running for training for my races this spring...
