I am on day 6 and already had a free meal on day 4 but no 5-hr refeed yet. Is it okay for me to do a 5 hour refeed tomorrow (THURSDAY- day 7 ) and then have a free meal on saturday (as I am going out with DH) or should I just wait for the refeed on saturday (which will be day 9) ?
I don't know what the fuck my issue is with can openers but they always seem to strip on me :grrr::tantrum: I do not get cheap ones either. The only ones that don't suck are electrical ones but I really don't have the room for one. I think I grip too hard or something. Or they just really suck....
