Life without cheese just wouldn't be worth it!

But, I can't handle milk or yogurt anymore without getting a wicked stomachache. It sucks because I love most things dairy.

I don't know if this will help you but I have a sensitivity to full fat milk and yogurt. My stomach goes nuts on me even if it's just a touch of full fat milk in my cup of coffee. However, I've found I don't get this with skimmed milk or skimmed yogurt. I have no idea why or how, it just is.
    Worth a try, perhaps?

Uhm very little.ON THE VERY rare occasion, I might have a bit of lf cheese but otherwise..lf cc, greek yogurt and egg whites plus the occasional egg white. I also find if I eat cc and greek yogurt on a daily basis, it bloats me out and makes even my eyes puffy.Protein powders have gotten to where they affect me the same way.

I find the same thing Pearly was saying - when I eat yogurt on a regular basis I can maintain my weight better than I could when I was extremely strict and NOT eating yogurt. I eat cottage cheese as well and the occasional piece of regular cheese. I drink milk occasionally.

Same here. I'm much happier and healthier now too. I eat yogurt and I LOVE cheese (I'm from Wisconsin, it's a law) but I don't drink milk because it kind of grosses me out. I love ice cream, but it doesn't love me back so I try to avoid it.
